Crowned Royalty Pageants

I want to Thank You for your interest in our NEW ENGLAND STATES PAGEANT.
This is a prelim to our national pageant held in August. This pageant is for girls age 5 to 500 from MAINE, MASS, NEW HAMPSHIRE, VERMONT, CONNICTICUT, RHODE ISLAND.

All age division winners will advance to our NATIONAL PAGEANT with there entry fee of paid in full. All you will need t pay will be the 50.00 registration fee and any optionals you may want to do.

Here is a breakdown of the age divisions:
0-2 Tiny
3-4 Little
5-6 JR Petite
7-9 Petite
10-12 Pre-Teen
13-14 Jr Teen
15-19 Teen
20 & Up Miss

Here is a breakdown of the events along with requirements:
BEAUTY: Ages0-8 may wear either a short pageant dress or a long pageant gown your choice. All other ages must wear a long pageant gown 2 minute max on stage.
MODEL: Outfit can be sports related or a cute simple outfit, Glitzy attire & western wear is also acceptable for this catagory. 1 routines is allowed with a 2 minute time limit! Modeling ability will be scored. Pageant supplies music.

PHOTOGENIC: 1 ( ONE ) Photo per contestant MUST be handed in at registration. Name, age & STATE must be on the back of your photo. All photos will be JUDGED SATURDAY evening. 

OUTFIT OF CHOICE - This will be a themed event. You will be giving the theme months in advanced for you to prepare your best over the top outlandished outfit. You may use props.

SWIM WEAR/ FITNESS - If you chose SWIM WEAR it may be either 1 or 2 piece. NO THONGS OR G-STRINGS. IT MUST BE AGE APPROITATE AND TASTEFUL. PLEASE BRING A COVER UP TP WEAR OVER IT UNTIL YOUR ON. PHOTO OF YOU IN YOUR SWIM WEAR MUST BE SENT TO US BY NO LATER THEN JANURARY 1ST FOR APPROVEL


TALENT: You can perform one talent routine with a maximum time limit of 3 minutes . Acts that may be dangerous to the audience will not be allowed. If using music on a cassette/CD - it must be cued, or points will be deducted by each judge. 



You will have 3 entry packages, YOU MUST CHOOSE A PACKAGE.
Ulitimate, Grand, Mini. There will be 3 different EARLYBIRD SPECIALS you may choose from, JUST MAKE SURE YOUR DEPOSIT IS IN BY THE RIGHT DEADLINE, as for each special the fee to enter goes up.

ULITIMATE PACKAGE= Includes BEAUTY, MODELING, PHOTOGENIC, OOC, SWIM/FIT, ALL SIDE AWARDS, BAGGED LUNCH ( both days ), 2 HOUR PHOTOSHOOT, T-SHIRT, CD of music, GROUP PHOTO. PLUS ENTRY FOR OUR ULITIMATE TITLE. This will be chosen from the ladies who entered using this package 


EARLYBIRD #3 - 225.00 WITH A 150.00 DEPOSIT DUE BY 1/24/2014

GRAND PACKAGE = Includes BEAUTY, 3 OPTIONALS OF YOUR CHOICE, ALL SIDE AWARDS, BAG LUNCH ( both days), 2 HOUR PHOTOSHOOT, T-SHIRT, CD of music. PLUS ENTRY FOR OUR GRAND TITLE. This will be chosen from the ladies who entered using this package


EARLYBIRD #3 - 195.00 WITH A 120.00 DEPOSIT DUE BY 01/24/2014

MINI PACKAGE = Includes BEAUTY, 2 OPTIONALS OF YOUR CHOICE, ALL SIDE AWARDS, BAGGED LUNCH ( both days ), 2 HOUR PHOTOSHOOT, T-SHIRT, CD of music, GROUP PHOTO. PLUS ENTRY FOR OUR MINI TITLE. This will be chosen from the ladies who entered using this package


EARLYBIRD #3 - 175.00 WITH A 100.00 DEPOSIT DUE BY 01/24/2014

We will have 2 photographers at our pageant that will be holding mini photoshoots through out the weekend. If your interested in having a shoot done please contact either Barbara Roscoe or Nichole Copeland at 207-691-6600 for there fees.

Included in this letter is complete package info along with all deadlines, media release form for you to read over and sign ( will need to be turned in at registration ), photographer package information and mini shoot fees, bag lunch form which you will need to have turned in by APRIL 1ST 2014, form for the free t-shirt which will need to be turned in by JANURARY 1ST 2014 so we may get them ordered. T-SHIRTS WILL BE WORN ON SUNDAY IN THE OPENING NUMBER



This will be a 2 day pageant so the fee to watch both shows is as follows: 15.00 per show or a combined ticket for 20.00.

AS WE GET CLOSER TO THE PAGEANT I WILL BE SENDING OUT UPDATES ON FACEBOOK, THE WEBSITE AND EMAIL. SO PLEASE IF FOR SOME REASON YOU DONOT GET THE UPDATE CONTACT 1 OF US ASAP.

FOR OPENING NUMBER TO GO WITH YOUR T-SHIRT YOU WILL NEED A PAIR OF BLACK JEANS AND WHITE FLATS. COLOR OF T-SHIRT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE.
